Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Harlem. This role is pivotal in defining our online presence, articulating our brand voice, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with Amazon’s brand objectives and enhance our online presence.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content to promote products, brands, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure a cohesive online strategy.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to inform future social media campaigns, improving ROI and engagement rates.
- Stay on top of social media trends, tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy in a continuously evolving digital environment.
- Conduct audience research to understand their preferences and behaviors, tailoring our messaging accordingly.
- Supervise social media campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Developing partnerships with influencers and managing collaborations to amplify our social media reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in social media management or a similar role, preferably within a large organization.
- Proficient in social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Proven track record in developing successful social media campaigns.
- Skilled in using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
- Experience with social media advertising and PPC campaigns is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
